Received an incorrect, damaged or defective item?
Contact us as soon as possible and explain your problem cia email (infoéshopmat.be). Please note: advance authorisation is required from the manufacturer before any goods can be returned. We cannot accept any return unless this prior authorisation has been obtained.
Each manufacturer has ruled the return of goods individually (delay, document to provide, ...), and it also depend to the kind of goods (printers, PC, ink, ...)
After reaching the authorisation, you'll have 7 days to return the goods.
Changed your mind or the item you’ve ordered doesn’t suit you?
No problem! As a customer on Shopmat.be, you’ll be given the option of cancelling your purchase within a 15-days period starting from your order’s delivery date. You can inform us of your decision to return the goods any time during this period. Please note: the full item must be returned to us intact and in its original condition and packaging. No refund will be possible on any equipment which has been opened, used, installed or damaged or which is incomplete.
Please note: this policy does not apply to businesses or to individuals making purchases as part of their commercial, industrial, trade or professional activities.

Has your product broken down?
As a consumer, you benefit from a two(2)-year warranty on all products purchased and delivered for your private use. For business customers, the warranty period is one (1) year.
In the event of a breakdown, and depending on the product or the manufacturer, the warranty may be fulfilled by either the manufacturer or us. Please contact our customer service department via the contact form or at info@shopmat.be and you will be informed of the steps to take regarding the breakdown.
